From Al Jazeera TV
It is not often one sees such a bold documentary, this is the fire, the men of these countries are afraid of. They are afraid of the women: their intelligence, their caring, their kindness, their compassion and their rebelliousness. They try to use whatever they can to control the women and the religious leaders and the government officials are party to this oppression.
No other Muslim country has such precious women as Iran. Educated, sophisticated, fitting well into the worldview of the universe, theirs is the unlimited space to which the entrance is temporarily denied.
It is only a matter of time before they are free to participate EQUALLY.
The stories coming out of Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh are horrendous. Let us pray for our sisters .
