60 minutes USA had three segments on Covid-19 today and one of them was about the Trump Administration spokesperson defending the lack of attention to this pandemic. As the presenter says, he was more interested in attacking the show that giving answers, especially why the doctors and nurses have to work without masks and protective equipments and what psychological disaster is waiting to happen to this nation on the edge of collective anxiety and stress unprecedented in its history.

I was disturbed on looking at the figures and trends from around the world, why USA is taking another course, the ratio of discharged are not much higher than the deaths, perhaps showing the severity (too late an admission?) compared to, say,Italy ? Also the disproportionate deaths of Black Americans?

The divergence between Death and Discharged is not happening like in Italy or any other country.
Since there is a shortage of masks and protective equipments in the USA , I thought what the POOR countries are doing and they can help the RICH americans with their home made technology. (USA has accepted help and donations from China and Russia so far)
Home made Masks and the videos are self explanatory even if you do not speak the language(s).
THESE are gifts to the People of the USA from the People of Mexico and the People of Brasil ..and other countries, who sympathize with the sad situation the American people are in, especially the Black Americans.
I eagerly look forward to the day when there are more survivors than deceased from this virus. I hope the day comes soon. In the meantime, my heart goes tearfully to the nurses and doctors and other people , first responders, who are at the battlefield. Continue to trust the people of the United States and Other countries, these people are not your enemies.
