It was bright and early when I appeared at the Executive Lounge and the Manager, Ms SS was waiting for me.

Two promising things happened with breakfast. I have been wanting to eat some IDLYS and this was the first chance in a week that I had seen them at the Lounge or the Makan Kitchen. Then the chef had a special .. Chakshouka, the Tunisian dish which has become the iconic breakfast item in Israel.

She walked down to the entrance of the Intermark Building in which the Hotel is situated. A wonderful friendship with Ms SS.
