CHARLATANS OF HEALTH:EXERCISE, OBESITY, NUTRITION AND DIABETES: A VIEW FROM THE SOCIETY OR FROM THE GROUND.

 this is a continuation of the previous post, I was having some trouble with this paragraph and the video to attach to the blog.


Nowhere in the west you can show things are getting better, and many of the developing countries are sliding on the descending coat tails of the western ways of living, stress, eating and playing.

I have colleagues who might spend three hours exercising, at various levels but then would dine on Highly Processed Food. NO EXERCISE HAS BEEN INVENTED (exercise as we know of a recent origin and invented) TO COMBAT THE VARIOUS CHEMICALS THAT ARE PART OF THE AMERICAN DIET AND MORE AND MORE OF THE REST OF THE WORLD AS WELL.

EAT SIMPLE FOODS, PREFERABLY HOME COOKED. AVOID HIGHLY PROCESSED FOODS. NOT EAT TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING (AS SOMEONE SAID, IF YOU FEEL STUFFED, YOU HAVE EATEN FAR TOO MUCH)
BE ACTIVE WITH YOUR BODY. DO NOT SIT DOWN FOR MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES, GET UP AND WALK A LITTLE BIT OR AT LEAST GET UP FROM YOUR CHAIR .
PRANAYAMA OR YOGIC BREATHING, MINDFULNESS OR MEDITATION ALL HAVE LOTS OF BENEFITS NOT ONLY FOR YOUR BODY BUT YOUR MIND AND EMOTIONS AND SPIRIT AS WELL.
