A calm mind is essential for good health, health is not an absence of disease, it is good to bring spirituality (not religion) into health would be good if it is possible for a person.. be compassionate .. just concentrate on one thing and forgetting every thing else ( be very nutrition conscious but don't pay attention to your emotional side), throws you out of balance.
