Recognise your emotions as physical sensations, what are their root causes, strategies to manage it and look at it from a different perspective.
What emotions can be controlled and gracefully accept what cannot be controlled.
You can practice self-compassion by a. be aware of your emotions without being critical b. step back and see what is going on around you c. Understand we are human after all, we make mistakes d. Ask for support or advice
Being present in the moment is very important. Practise mindfulness. Dont get trapped in the past or the future, do not compare. Be kind to yourself. Start your mornings peacefully.
Relationships and friendships are very important. Avoid attachment or aversion.
Have healthy habits: eat well, eat with friends and family, avoid toxicity in your life . Set your mind to grow, move your body, be mindful , have meaningful engagements in your life with friends, in person or in distance but be frank and open. Dont put on airs, only empty people do that. Have compassion for others. Heaven and hell are right here on earth, you don’t have to die to find out!
